U Of M’s Public Safety Will Be Out In Force For Weekend Revelers

ANN ARBOR (WWJ) – With March Madness Parties and the Annual Hashbash many revelers will be enjoying the weekend festivities on the campus of U of M.

And as WWJ’s Kathryn Larson reports – one woman is at the helm of ensuring everything goes off without a hitch.

Saturday evening, U of M’s Public Safety Spokeswoman Diane Brown will be … “Working through all of this,” she laughed.

“This is not a football Saturday – so some of those street parking prohibitions do not apply this weekend so we would just encourage people to park in a legal parking space,” said Brown. “Many city streets are metered and you can park that way.”

Brown said her public safety officers will be out in full force — making sure visitors park in the right places.
